Our Company

Founded in 1987 by Edward M. Dempsey, CFP, Pension Partners, LLC currently manages more than 100 pension and 401(k) plans nationwide. We offer a unique proprietary pension planning process that empowers corporate pension plan trustees and employee participants alike to increase and protect retirement assets while reducing plan administration time and expenses.
Acting as fee-based money management consultants, Pension Partners, LLC uses a highly tax-efficient process to manage clients’ taxable investments. Employing an institutional money management approach, we analyze each investor’s risk profile and create custom portfolio allocations to match his or her profile. We then assign a discrete section of each portfolio to a specialist money manager and carefully monitor its performance against the market environment and the client’s evolving financial requirements.
Our investment decisions are not influenced by trading fees or commission-based relationships. We select equities, bonds, money markets, mutual funds and other investment vehicles based on your investment profile and goals. Our fees are calculated as a percentage of your portfolio value. Our success is dependent on your success.
Our team of Certified Financial Planners (CFP), Chartered Life Insurance Underwriters (CLU), and registered investment advisors offers an array of financial planning services including retirement and estate planning, investment portfolio management, insurance brokering, and taxation advice to corporations, small businesses, estates, trusts, and individuals.
